Webster Street
Incorporating a biophilic design philosophy, Webster Street is a family home that blurs the boundaries between the indoors and the outdoors.
The floorplan revolved around a central courtyard that houses a pool and a large paved alfresco area with an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, a swimming pool, a grassed area and a landscaped garden.
Internally, open-plan living allows for a sense of flow as one moves from one room to the next. The kitchen, dining and lounge are one large area, so it is a functional space for the busy family living there.
Materiality is simple and refined; timber flooring contrasts with luxe detailing, while in the kitchen, a marble bench and splashback create drama.
The main living area also features a beautiful stone fireplace, encouraging the family to spend time together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are more intimate, offering the family alone time when needed.
