Howard Parade

Designed for a close-knit family, Howard Parade is a considered subdivision allowing for seamless intergenerational living.

While it looks like one large house, it is actually two, two-story townhouses side by side. This approach enables family members to gather and enjoy time together, while also allowing them the opportunity to retreat to their own space when needed.

Interiors feature polished concrete complemented by beautiful spotted gum timber, giving it a raw, earthy feel.

Subtle Japanese stylistic influences are seen throughout the family home; seen in the landscaping which is dominated by Japanese maples, as well as in the palette.
