Chauncy Street 2

Set to begin construction within the next few months, Chancy Street 2 will see the rejuvenation of an outdated home.

 The design seeks to modernise the floor plan to make it more functional. The materiality and feel of the home will also be refreshed and refined.

The existing home failed to utilise the site’s views, so the new design will also aim to make the most of the stunning ocean vistas.

The interior design intends to emulate a distinctly Scandinavian style, dominated by clean finishes, minimalist decor and a muted palette.
